I just got my gas bill for winter and have nearly been wiped out financially, the gas prices just seem to get higher every year. It is so ridiculous and each year I think I have to do something about it and never do, but this year I have decided to find a price comparison website and simply change suppliers to the one providing the cheapest gas prices for my area.
There’s a site called Energy Helpline, so easy to use, all you have to do is type in your postcode and they give you the cheapest gas prices for your area, makes me feel like such a muppet for having complained about it for all those years and not done anything about it. My new gas supplier provides considerably lower rates so it is definitely worth it. I guess in times like these we’re all trying to save the pennies and gas prices are as good a place as any to start.
